Carbon Neutral Development

In addition to fully offsetting emissions from the Bulgarian Dreams agency business, we have encouraged our development partners in Bulgaria to join us in offsetting their climate change emissions from construction in Bulgaria.

 

Windows to Paradise is the first new build development to fully offset its climate change emissions in Bulgaria. Interlink, the developer of the project has fully offset the impact of construction of Windows to Paradise on the climate. As such, this development is a truly green project and unique.

Windows to Paradise will be marked for eco-tourism as the site also combines stunning scenary and unspoilt nature. Windows to Paradise's carbon neutral status offers owners peace of mind and the ability to secure higher rental yields.

Maintenance charge €10.00 per square metre per year.

Prices quoted include VAT based on the local tax evaluation at the Notary Act. If a client wishes to have any other price on the Notary Act up to the full purchase price, this is at the client's discretion and at no extra charge.

All notary and transfer fees are payable by the purchaser and total between 4-5% of the price placed on the Notary Act
