Borovets Property
Borovets is one of the three leading ski resorts in Bulgaria. Located just 45 minutes from Sofia, it boasts international standard skiing on mountains up to 3,000m.
Land ownership in the area is very restricted leading to a very limited amount of property available close to the resort. Those looking for mountain ski property should consider Bansko as a viable alternative with skiing of at least the same variety and quality as Borovets.
